Dual Wavelength Noncontact Temperature Sensors PRO 80 Dual Wavelength Sensor Visual and Laser Aiming Alignment Options
PRO 90 Dual Wavelength Sensor –
Fiber Optic Alignment with optional integrated aim light

Dual wavelength sensors tend to measure the hottest temperature viewed in the target area which enables them to compensate for adverse application conditions.  This includes applications with varying emissivity, intervening media, and small or wandering targets.  With a unique single detector design and the industry’s highest signal dilution factor, Williamson’s dual wavelength sensors can outperform all other ratio sensors when these adverse conditions exist.

HIGH TEMPERATURE FEATURES

SOLUTIONS FOR MANY APPLICATIONS
  • Temperature limits of 200-4500°F    (95-2500°C)
  • Accurate, reliable, repeatable measurements
  • Wide selection of temperature ranges and optics
  • Measures target temperature, signal strength (emissivity), signal dilution, and ambient temperature
  • Visual, laser, and fiber optic alignment options
  • A variety of installation and protective accessories

With their advanced design, these sensors include the patented ESP Filters that can be easily programmed to filter out bad readings on challenging applications.

These dual wavelength sensors can be used for temperature monitoring or process control with applications in challenging and harsh operating environments. They are ideal for applications involving low or varying emissivity materials, intervening media, and or partial filled field of views.  Typical applications include:
  • Ferrous Metals
  • Induction Heating
  • Vacuum Chambers
  • Glass Molds
  • Rotary Kilns
  • Molten Metal
  • Small Wires
  • Welded Tubes
