PRO 80 Visual Alignment

The PRO 80 Dual-Wavelength Sensors

with Visual Alignment  are used with applications involving greybody materials, like nonferrous metals, to automatically compensate for any variations in emissivity.  These sensors are also used to compensate for difficult application issues such as misalignment or intervening media.

Standard Features:

  • A wide selection of temperature ranges and optics
  • Visual Aiming (for fiber optics choose PRO 90)
  • Optional through the lens laser aiming
  • An intuitive Text based user interface
  • Programmable outputs and alarms for measured target temperature, signal strength (emissivity), signal dilution, and ambient temperature.
  • Advanced ESP Filters for Signal Strength and Signal Dilution
  • Bi-directional RS485 and RS232 communications
  • Advanced system diagnostics and status messages
  • Rugged, corrosion resistant NEMA 4 / IP65 enclosures
  • Stand alone and system configurations
  • A wide selection of accessories

Unique Features:

With a unique single detector design and the industry’s highest signal dilution factor, Williamson’s dual-wavelength sensors can outperform all other ratio sensors when demanding application issues exist. Typical difficult application issues include:

  • Low or varying emissivity
  • Intervening Media such as dirty optics, scale, smoke, steam, dust, or water spray
  • A partially filled field of view caused by a mechanical obstruction or a small or wandering target

With their advanced design, these dual wavelength sensors include the patented ESP Filters that can be easily programmed to filter out bad readings on challenging applications.
